Do you offer payment plans?
For Professional and Enterprise plans, yes. We offer 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or a custom payment schedule. Contact us to discuss. Audit and Report Review are full payment upfront.
What currency do you invoice in?
We invoice in USD (global/US), EUR (Germany/Austria), CHF (Switzerland), or GBP (UK) depending on your location. B2B clients with a valid EU VAT ID can use reverse charge. Swiss clients are invoiced in CHF.
Can I upgrade from Audit to a higher plan?
Yes. Every plan builds on the previous one. If you used our AI Visibility Quick Scan Service, the fee ($57) is credited toward your next plan if you upgrade within 60 days. This means if you buy the Quick Scan and then upgrade to a fully fledged AI Audit or Professional Package, we will deduct the amount of $57 from that upgrade plan.
Is there a refund policy?
For the Audit: if we don’t deliver within 48 hours, you get a full refund. For implementation plans: work completed is billed. We don’t do “results or money back” because no one in this industry honestly can.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is custom-scoped. We start with a 30-minute scoping call, provide a fixed quote within 48 hours. Typical range: $10,000 to $50,000+ depending on scope and complexity.
Why are your prices public?
Because we believe transparent pricing reduces anxiety and builds trust. Every other GEO/AI visibility agency says “contact us for a quote.” We show you what it costs upfront.
Is the quarterly monitoring a subscription?
It’s a quarterly engagement, not a subscription. No long-term commitment. Cancel before the next quarter if you want to pause. We bill per quarter in advance.
