Key provisions are now in effect or coming into effect through 2026. If your business uses AI systems \u2014 for hiring, content generation, customer service, credit decisions, or any other purpose \u2014 you need to understand your obligations. This 40-point checklist covers all four risk tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading cl-reveal\">Part 1: AI System Inventory (10 checkpoints)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"cl-checklist cl-reveal\">\n<label class=\"cl-check\"><input type=\"checkbox\"> Have you identified all AI systems currently in use in your organization?<\/label>\n<label class=\"cl-check\"><input type=\"checkbox\"> Does your inventory include AI embedded in third-party tools (CRMs, HR platforms, analytics)?<\/label>\n<label class=\"cl-check\"><input type=\"checkbox\"> Have you documented each AI system&#8217;s purpose and use case?<\/label>\n<label class=\"cl-check\"><input type=\"checkbox\"> Do you know which AI systems interact with EU citizens&#8217;
